This is a more advanced strength and cardio session with a variety of exercises varying repetitions.
The class format is a minute to complete the exercises given. The remainder of the minute is your rest time. There are 18 exercises and this is completed twice, for a shorter session just do a single round and forward to the cool down and stretch.
You will need your weights and your mat ready.
It is more challenging, know that it’s totally OK to rest when you want to and have your water to hand! You can also interchange between high and lower options whenever you want to.
