Here at She Is Strong Fitness we help women understand how they can become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves through a range of programmes to suit all.
Time and time again we meet women who genuinely believe that their exercise and eating choices should be bringing great results, only to feel quickly frustrated and then simply give up when the results they long for don’t come.
There is so much information and conflicting advice these days, it is easy to see why women often fall into the trap of doing far too much of the wrong stuff that they can’t sustain over the longer term, instead of learning how to make life long-lasting changes that bring incredible results.
We help women understand how they can become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves through a range of programmes to suit all.

At She Is Strong Fitness we firmly believe that finding the perfect balance that’s right for you is key to your success.  You are unique, it is your journey and our mission is to help you achieve a healthy balanced lifestyle through our four pillars of nutrition, activity, SISterhood group support and mindset.  We understand that the programme that works for one may not be quite right for another, we can help you find your groove that leads you to becoming your best-balanced self.

All too often, women will nail the healthy eating, big tick but do not follow the best training programme to help them achieve their goals. The type of training, the frequency of it and the all-important rest time is often overlooked which results in women falling into the trap of overtraining the wrong type of training.  In most cases, less of right type of training instead of too much of the wrong training will deliver results and free up more time for you to achieve a healthy balanced lifestyle.
At She Is Strong Fitness we will help you align your training to your goals but also ensure that you fall in love with your training.  Training is there to be enjoyed and it is a celebration of what your body can do!

Success is not about scale victories at She Is Strong Fitness.  Our measure of success is when our members begin to feel totally comfortable and happy in their own skin, when they begin to love the image in the mirror that is looking back at them, when they have more energy, when they are cooking amazing healthy food for their families, when they have taken control and totally immersed themselves into the SIS lifestyle.  Success is when all of this is just what you do, it’s normal, you are not ‘on plan’ anymore….this is true success, the number on the scales just takes care of itself.
