Is there anything I need to do before joining a live class?
Yes – fill out your exercise waiver please!  The quickest way to do this is when you download our app as part of your on-boarding.  If you do have ANY medical conditions, it is your responsibility to declare them.  If you join a LIVE or on-demand class you are declaring yourself to be physically sound and suffering from no impairment, disease or infirmity or other illness (other than those stated in your waiver if completed) that would prevent participation in live-streamed fitness classes or activities except as herein stated. You are acknowledging that you have either had a physical examination and have been given your doctors permission to participate, or that you have decided to participate in activity and use of equipment where specified without the approval of your doctor and assume all responsibility for your participation and any potential injuries.
