This is an introductory session for beginners to Fitness Pilates. It will take you through the basics needed prior to joining classes regularly. Please do this session first so that you understand posture, set up and breathing techniques.
This session is for everyone, modifications are shown.
You need a small safe clear space, a mat/towel and a small cushion may be handy.
Always have water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the session. Take on water regularly!
