This is a very relaxing, gentle session for beginners to Fitness Pilates and those who want to get away from the day to day stresses.

What level of fitness does it suit? Everyone, modifications are shown.

You need a small safe clear space, a mat/towel and a small cushion may be handy. You might want to set up your space with dimmed lighting and candlelight.

Always have water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the session. Take on water regularly!
