58min | Strength Cardio & Core – Val Thorens | Beginner

The aim of this workout is to improve cardio fitness and bone strength and increase muscle mass.

You will complete three rounds of five exercises, 40 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. Each round is repeated three times PLUS a final core round repeated twice.

You will require dumbbells to complete this workout.

Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
