Take yourself away from your day with our beautiful Chill by the Pool relaxation and stretch session. This is ideal for beginners and includes some very basic level Fitness Pilates moves.

You’ll need a mat, pillow and a band or belt to assist with leg stretches.

You’ll leave this session feeling de-stressed, relaxed, calm and stretched out top to toe. Enjoy!
