50mins | Fitness Pilates – Max the Mat with Ball | Intermediate

Please make sure you have completed the introductory class before progressing to this intervals class. Awareness of posture and basic exercises is helpful.

The aim of this workout is to improve core, bone, back and muscle strength and improve posture.

A mat based Fitness Pilates session including stretch and mobility exercises using a small soft Pilates or Bender ball.

Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
