48mins | Strength Workout – BodyMax | Advanced

This is a more advanced strength session with lots of repetitions and varying tempo’s of the exercises performed. The class format is a set of exercises on a muscle group per track.

One set of lighter weights is used throughout and there is just one short cardio section of around 4mins.

Take the session at your own pace, rest as needed and take on plenty of water during the class. It is more challenging so know that it’s totally OK to rest when you want to! Enjoy!
