45min | Strength Cardio & Core No Repeat – San Pedro | Beginner

The aim of this workout is to improve cardio fitness and bone strength and increase muscle mass.

You will complete rounds of four exercises, upper body, lower body, cardio and core with rest periods between each exercise. 60 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.

You will require dumbbells to complete this workout.

Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
