This is a more advanced strength and cardio session. The class format is a no-repeat, 2 cardio and 2 strength exercises. It’s 40 seconds work and just 10 seconds rest which makes it challenging but lower options are shown throughout.
You will need your weights and your mat ready.
It is more challenging, so please know that it’s totally OK to rest when you want to! You can also interchange between high and lower options whenever you want.
Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
