This is a strength and cardio session with a variety of leg, glute and shoulder exercises and optional cardio intervals. The class format is in 3 sections of 6 rounds 2 x 30 seconds work and 30 seconds cardio or rest throughout. There is also a 60 second rest break between sections.
You will need your weights, bands and mat ready.
Take the session at your own pace, rest as needed and take on plenty of water during the class. You can also interchange between high and lower options whenever you want to. Enjoy!
