35mins | Strength Cardio & Core – El Zoco | Beginner

The aim of this workout is to improve cardio fitness and bone strength and increase muscle mass.

You will complete rounds of exercises, upper body, lower body, cardio and core with rest periods between each exercise. Rounds 1 to 3 are repeated, round 4 is completed once.

You will require dumbbells to complete this workout

Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
