This is a low impact, easy to follow, walking based cardio workout suitable for absolute beginners and returners to exercise. This session is walking based movements in intervals of 2 x 45 seconds plus 15 faster paced then 30 seconds active recovery.

No equipment is needed and you will be standing throughout.

Always have your water to hand and take the session at your own pace. Take on plenty of water during and after the class. It’s totally OK to rest when you want to! Enjoy!
