This is a NO REPEAT core and cardio session, you will move from standing to floor exercises throughout.

The class format is 1 minute cardio, 1 minute core and 30 seconds rest throughout. You can also interchange between higher and lower options whenever you want to.

You don’t need any equipment for this session.
