26min | Strength, Cardio & Core – HIIT It Part 2 | Intermediate Tabata

The aim of this quickie workout is to improve cardio fitness, bone strength and increase muscle mass.

You will complete 5 rounds of exercises twice through. 20 seconds work x 3 back to back then 20 seconds rest between each round. Round 3 is 5 rounds once through again.

You will require dumbbells to complete this workout and your mat.

Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
