57min | Fitness Pilates Power & Precision | Intermediate

This is a more powerful, strength-based Fitness Pilates class. It is aimed at improving muscle and bone strength and includes mat work too.

The session is a no-repeat in 1 minute work 30 seconds rest intervals. Weights are used and a Pilates ball for a small number exercises but this is completely optional. You need to have completed the introduction session before this one to get an understanding of the technique and movements first.

You need a small safe clear space, a mat/towel, weights and a ball is optional.

Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
