Please make sure you have completed the introductory class before progressing to this intervals class. Awareness of posture and basic exercises is helpful.

This is a Fitness Pilates intervals class, 45 seconds work 15 rest for 30 rounds.

You need a small safe clear space, a mat/towel and a small cushion may be handy.

Take regular rest and water breaks throughout the session. Enjoy!
