Once we’ve enjoyed Christmas indulgence, there’s no better way to get moving and kick start your fitness again than walking!
This challenge suits EVERYONE and you don’t need any equipment to participate!
Maybe you’ve been thinking about joining SIS for ages but the regular workouts feel like a big step for you at the moment?
Are you struggling with menopausal symptoms and are looking for low impact activity that’s kinder to your joints?
Have you had an injury or maybe you’ve been poorly, recovering from surgery and need help easing yourself back into fitness?
It might be that you’ve done no exercise for AGES and just need a bit of helping hand to get started!

The challenge is as follows:
- 5 x 15min, easy to follow WALKFIT workouts posted in the Facebook group. Do it when it suits you and post your step count.
- 5 x 5min short daily healthy habit chats, I’ll pop into group live daily.
- Complete 1 outdoor walk daily and post an outdoor WalkFit pic into group.
- Access to our WALKFIT Facebook group for motivation, advice and support.
